I quote, from today's Glimpse page:

"Webglimpse and Glimpse are "not" free for commercial use. Unless you are part of an educational institution or US goverment agency, you must purchase a license after 30 days. Please comply with the honor system so that we can keep supporting this software and keep it open source!"

It's actually a bit more complicated than that. Educational
institutions, government agencies, and nonprofits can use it for free.
Private individuals can use it for free if they are willing to devote
time to testing, documentation, and/or development. I think that
makes it free for enough people that it can be listed as "free for
non-commercial use" despite the caveats, but thanks for bringing this
up; these comments should make it clear to anyone thinking about using
it.
