New translations for Korean, Norwegian, and Russian. This build supports the new table of content view in the help browser that ships with recent development versions of GIMP. Many bugs were fixed.

    Release Notes: This version contains a lot of improvement for every translation provided. It also restructures the manual, fixes technical issues, and adds new content. However, it only contains the XML sources and not any pre-built HTML content.

    Release Notes: This release contains spelling fixes for almost every translation, stylesheet fixes, XML validity fixes for French and Swedish, a Makefile overhaul, and a new Hacking style guide. Two new translations were started for Italian and Dutch.
