Release Notes: This version solves problems relative to internationalization and compiling. When the default language is other than English or French, or when the system is not configured for using locales, messages and titles now appear in full- sentence English, instead of capitalized nicknames. Also, installation scripts have been reinitialized with more recent versions and Makefile options have been revised.
Release Notes: A pen for drawing faults and a continuous Gaussian pen were added. A tutorial for the fault pen was provided. Aliasing is now controlled in the waves tool. Context changes between dialogs are handled better. Many other small improvements were made, and most known bugs were corrected.
