Release Notes: This is the first version of gentoo to require GTK+ 2.x. It also includes minor enhancements and bugfixes.

Release Notes: The way that gentoo deals with overwrites in almost all file operations was overhauled, and should be much better, more powerful, and more consistent now. Symlink copying was dumbed-down, since it was trying too hard and ended up being confusing. Problems working with directories containing colon and apostrophe characters should be gone now. A bug that allowed both panes to have a focused row simultaneously was fixed. Various other fixes were made.

Release Notes: This release adds support for SGI's FAM technology, which allows gentoo to notice changes to viewed directories and automatically refresh. It also adds Large File Support; if your host has the right libraries installed, files larger than 2 GB should now display and handle correctly. Many of the interactive commands (Rename, CopyAs, MoveAs) now have slightly better dialog behavior. There has also been a slew of bugfixes.

Release Notes: This release brings support for GNU gettext, and thus gentoo can now be translated (a Swedish translation by the author is included). A problem was fixed with "ghost scrolling" that sometimes occured, a glob-to-RE translation bug was fixed, Copy is more robust when destination exists, and support is improved for the {Ix} command input checkbox code.

Release Notes: In this release, shortcuts have finally been promoted to true Buttons, so they now support colors, middle-clicks, keyboard acceleration, and so on. Styles can let the underlying background color shine through, gentoo might now build on FreeBSD, and there is a new command (DpReorient) to toggle horizontal/vertical pane split on the fly.
