Gemhun

Gemhun is a game in which the player groups together gems or stones of a chosen amount which will then disappear. It features many different game modes, and supports themes and network play. It is inspired by Frozen Bubble, Tetris, and some other games.

Release Notes: This version implements a basic menu structure, a second gem to control, improves the shoot-gem-effect, and starts some network support. There are some speed improvements and better responsiveness. There is also support for 1024x480 displays.

Release Notes: Pax selection at the title-screen was added, and many bugs were fixed. The binaries for this release were compiled on Mandrake 9.1 with SDL 1.2.6 and Kyra 2.0.7. The SDL libraries are included, and Kyra is linked statically.

Release Notes: Theme (pax) support has been added. Something like a battle mode has been implemented, and many bugs have been fixed. The default game-pax has been modified and new ones created.

Release Notes: BGGraphics had to be replaced because of copyright reasons. The binary packages (along with the data package) have to be unpacked to the same directory. Precompiled binaries are available for Linux (compiled on Red Hat 7.3) and Windows (compiled on Win98 with mingw).
