Release Notes: Group management has been added. Requests can now be assigned to a group directly by users. Groups or members can be associated to the treatment of a request. Several bugfixes and small enhancements were done.

Release Notes: This version includes new features and major modifications, such as a journal of last actions, classification by categories, and a uniform authentication mechanism.
