gdpc is a tool for visualising the output files of a molecular dynamic simulation. It can be customized to read almost any input file format and animate it. It can also be configured to output images of each frame.

looks interesting but....
The program looks interesting but.... wouldn't it be a good idea to list dependancies such as operating system required, is there a binary or executable available (Y/N), If no, What language the source is written in, etc...

You might save yourself some bandwidth and users some time.

If you ever do release a binary or precompiled version for windows, I'd like to see what it can do and what animation tools or methods you've employed.
