Release Notes: MySQL support has been added so that information about downloaded messages can be stored in a database instead of in plain files.

Release Notes: This release contains the new library, which fixes the login error. This version is also platform independent.

Release Notes: This release is platform independent, and adds a graphical configuration utility.

No changes have been submitted for this release.

Release Notes: This release adds many features from the Beta release. Options can now be read in from a configuration file as well as the command line. It also no longer downloads the same message twice (it uses a file to keep a track of the messages it has downloaded already). You also do not need to run the program multiple times for various labels. You can specify them as a comma separated list in the configuration file which then takes care of getting all the required mail.

Release Notes: MdirGavaMail is a java program that imports all your gmail mail into a local maildir folder. This can then be fed to an IMAP/POP3 server or read locally from your favorite email client. You can download various labels from your gmail account and store them as folders, which will allow you to use gmail's filtering system instead of relying on a local solution, as you would have to when using a POP3 server.

Release Notes: This release can be compiled and run with Java 1.4.2_05 and higher. If you run a version that is lower than this, you will have to apply a patch.

Release Notes: The code now uses generics (introduced in Java 1.5, which is now required). There is a new package (org.util) that handles the various utilities associated with PopGavaMail. Currently, it contains a class AnalyseOpts that analyses the command line options parsed and acts on them. A couple of options have been added to the program; you can parse the --help option to see a listing.

Release Notes: This version fixes a major bug in the way PopGavaMailNotifier was looking for its libraries.

Release Notes: This release fixed a NoClassDefFoundError error. Upgrading is recommended for people using the POP3 server.
