Release Notes: This release works with Mozilla 1.7.5+, Seamonkey 1.0+, Firefox 1.0.x and 1.5+, and xulrunner 1.8+ and trunk builds as of 16/09/06. Compatibility problems and other bugs were fixed.


Release Notes: The big point of this release is compatibility with XULRunner. Type-ahead find was made to work with both Firefox and XULRunner. The Find toolbar has been ported from Epiphany. Bugfixes: 325501, 322668, and 326813.


Release Notes: This version works with Mozilla 1.7.5+, 1.8a3, and up, as well as with Firefox 1.0.x and 1.5. Embedded HTTP error message pages are used if Mozilla supports them. A Security Device Manager button was added in the security preferences. The delete key works in the Personal Data Manager. Support was added for multimedia keyboard keys like Back and Forward. Other bugs were fixed.


Release Notes: This release works with Mozilla 1.7 -> 1.7.8, 1.8a3 -> 1.8b2, and trunk. It has a couple more focus fixes to less common cases, fixes regression since 1.3.19 that prevented helpers from working with file:/// URLs, and fixes the toolbar editor to work when the composite extension is enabled.


Release Notes: This release works with Mozilla 1.7 -> 1.7.5, 1.8a3 -> 1.8b1, and trunk. It further improves the attempt to stop the focus being stolen from Web pages, uses startup notification when launching programs, doesn't steal focus from other applications when launching new windows, shows application icons in the "Open With" menu, uses its own version of the security dialogs to look nicer, allowing better translation, includes a much improved favicon cache, and features lots of other bugfixes.


Release Notes: This version works with Mozilla 1.7 -> 1.7.5, 1.8a3 -> 1.8a6, and trunk (a bug in 1.8a6 prevents it from working with Galeon if Mozilla is compiled by FC3's GCC or CVS GCC). This release stops the page from stealing focus and jumps to tabs that open JavaScript dialogs, resolving a Secunia advisory. A yellow location bar is now displayed for secure sites. Myportal was overhauled, cookie preferences were fixed, and the JavaScript console was improved. Compilation against FireFox and Thunderbird libraries is now allowed (requires a custom build with extra components). Better smart bookmarks encoding was implemented, and the iso-codes package is now used if available for language names.


Release Notes: This version works with Mozilla 1.7 through 1.8a4 and trunk. Auto-bookmarks (recording of the most frequently viewed pages from the history) were implemented. A preference to stop Web pages from blocking and altering context menus was added. Various dock fixes were made. Lots and lots of other bugfixes were made.


Release Notes: This release works with Mozilla 1.4 through 1.8a2 and trunk, supports printing with Xprint, gets rid of the startup script (you need to update your scripts if you have been using galeon-bin directly), adds saved files in the recent-files list for easy access, adds support for vfolders of bookmarks, restores the 'Reload Frame' context menu item, adds a progress dialog when printing, supports the new GNOME 2.8 MIME type system, and has many other bugfixes.


Release Notes: This version works with Mozilla 1.4 through 1.7, 1.8a1, and trunk, adds thumbnailing to the Open dialogs, improves the context menus, ensures URLs for frames and redirects aren't saved in the history, fixes a crash when removing items in the personal data manager, fixes reloading of framesets, makes better use of the GTK 2.4 APIs, and includes lots of other bugfixes.
