Release Notes: Fixed problems with switching between Czech and US keyboard layout, the DeskOnly option, sticky icons in FvwmTaskBar, a security problem with TMPDIR, color maps for transient windows that die, the ClickToFocusPassesClick style, and CascadePlacement for huge windows. A new WindowList option, CurrentAtEnd, was added. The current desk number is now always displayed in the FvwmPager title. You can bind a function to the focus click and pass it to the application at the same time.

Release Notes: This is a maintenance release for 2.4.5. Apart from fixing a number of minor or rare problems, it addresses slow opaque window movement and resizing that was not encountered in the 2.2.x releases. If you do not use opaque window movement or resizing and did not encounter any of the bugs described in the changelog, you do not need to upgrade. System administrators are strongly encouraged to move to 2.4.6 from any earlier 2.4.x release.

Release Notes: One of the most significant changes is the new "Theme" module called FvwmTheme, and the "colour sets" which include 8 kinds of gradients and pixmap support for controlling the appearance of borders, title bars, frames, 3D shadows, menus, and modules. Other new features include GNOME compliance, mouse stroke support, and much greater flexibility in menu definition and menu styles, including dynamically generated menus and some menu generating scripts. Almost all commands take effect immediately. The Recapture command is no longer needed to activate most changes. The old StaysOnTop style option has been generalised into the concept of layers. The fvwm-themes package now provides a standard set of FVWM themes. More info is available at http://fvwm-themes.sourceforge.net/. Multi-head support was improved.
