Release Notes: A bug was removed from unescape() which, when applied to a string such as "like '%fast%'", turned the %fa into an accented 'ú'. Two more functions to the backup routine, namely, a 'select into outfile' routine and a 'normal_select' routine were added, along with html 'password' field functionality and a $chmod_backup_file flag. The documentation has been moved into a doc file.
