Release Notes: This release provides Linux, Mac OS X and Windows fixes and minor features. The detected OS is "RedHat" for CentOS servers if lsb_release is not available. Under Mac OS X, the no-software option works as advertised, and a syntax error in the Video module has been fixed. On Windows, the following issues were fixed: no 2007 Microsoft Office system into XML; on Windows Vista, Office 2007 was not correctly gathered; the VM system was incorrect; and inventory of Internet Explorer when it's not present in Add/remove programs.

Release Notes: This is the first release with Windows support. This is the first Windows agent for OCS Inventory that supports UTF-8 and 64-bit software inventory. A lot of improvements have been made on Mac OS X, HP-UX, Solaris, and Linux. Pre-built standalone installers are also available as a convenience for other operating systems. Just uncompress the archive and you get a usable agent for your platform.
