Release Notes: The highlights of this release include the addition of POSIX file locking and synchronous request interruption to the interface. Multiple bugs have also been fixed, including one that could cause an SMP system to hang in rare circumstances.

Release Notes: The highlight of this release was the addition of a low level API. There were also lots of small improvements and bugfixes. The kernel part of FUSE will be included in the upcoming Linux 2.6.14 kernel. This release provides matching libraries and utilities for the this and future Linux versions.

Release Notes: This is the first prerelease of the 2.x series. Differences from the 1.x series include support for building a shared library, direct I/O, extended attributes, better mount option handling, better support for UNIX file semantics (close after delete), and optimizations.
