Release Notes: This release introduces command line upgrades and restores. An RTL (right to left) interface was added to better support languages like Arabic. Improved IP address detection (IPv6 compatible addresses will be accepted). A potential loop condition while loading MIME-encoded USENET posts was fixed. A "date" field was added to the forum's RDF feed.

New languages were added - more than 50 translations are now included. The default templates were updated to HTML5 and formatted to make them easier to read and understand.
