Release Notes: Various PDF generation and RSS feed issues were fixed. A 'basic' RSS feed, which is compatible with standard RSS output, was added. The German translation was updated. Various small bug fixes were made.

Release Notes: This stabilization release only includes minor tweaks, fixes, and translation updates. Compiler error messages are now more descriptive. An infinite loop which occurred when MySQL truncated login/alias names with non-UTF8 characters has been fixed. A new translation for Zizaki (diq) is available. New languages were added - more than 50 translations are now included. The default templates were updated to HTML5 and formatted to make them easier to read and understand.
