Release Notes: A query failure in the mailing list import code was fixed. A bug that would cause some thread in threaded view to appear locked and/or unread was fixed. A bug that caused the moderator order to appear to be mostly random was fixed. A bug with IP Filter's * mask was fixed. The filtering code was unified and made to work. As of now, all filters appear to be functional. Blocked accounts cannot post normal and private messages nor send emails via the forum nor can they login. If a blocked account which is logged in tries to perform any of the disallowed actions it will automatically get logged out.


Release Notes: This stabilization release only includes minor tweaks, fixes, and translation updates. Compiler error messages are now more descriptive. An infinite loop which occurred when MySQL truncated login/alias names with non-UTF8 characters has been fixed. A new translation for Zizaki (diq) is available.
