Release Notes: File dialog regressions were fixed. A Cygwin issue was fixed. Languages were updated.

Release Notes: This release adds a Spanish translation, a whitespace indenting checker/fixer, and file rename functionality. It fixes multi-byte encoding issues. It fixes a rare issue where files could be deleted in error when merging duplicate files.
