The fscvs is a group of tools to manage fspatch files, which contain all of the differences between two filesystems. fscvs can generate fspatches from two filesystems, apply fspatches to generate one filesystem from another, and manage filesystem projects.

Release Notes: In this release, two new executables, lomntd and lomclient, have been implemented to let the common user use fsdiff and fspatch.
Release Notes: This release is capable of probing the ext2 construct options from existings ext2 fsimage. Two new utilities were added to support this probe. Input, pass, and saving of fs construct commands, fs preconstruct commands, and fs postconstruct commands were implemented. Some tag names have been changed for consistency.
