Projects / Fripp

Fripp is a music composition environment that uses a spreadsheet metaphor for entering music and manipulating it with built-in and user-created functions. It supports MIDI playback and recording, and displays music in common notation. Scores can be exported to Mup format for high quality printing. The core program is written in Python, and the user interface is implemented using the wxPython toolkit.
