Release Notes: This 'tcdev' release updates the toolchains used. The majority of changes continue sanitizing the build and install procedures. The version of 'mawk' was updated to v1.3.3-20090712.

Release Notes: This release obsoletes 0.8.0-4 and 0.9.5-4. The primary focus of the changes is updating the "egp" package manager script to cope with popular new versions of "tar". Some small changes were also made to the coreutils, sed, kernel headers, and compiler build scripts for consistency.

Release Notes: This tcdev release builds on versions 0.8.0-3 and 0.9.5-3. Bugs found in the bzip2, findutils, and gzip build scripts were isolated and fixed.

Release Notes: This release builds on 0.8.0-2 and 0.9.5-2. Generation of "ldd" for the toolchains was introduced and building of packages and chroot environments was sanitized to eliminate conflict between the two.

Release Notes: This release obsoletes v0.8.0 and v0.9.5. Configuration files were checked for failing "patch" commands during the build, and non-working URLs were replaced. The generation of "ldd" for the chroot environments was fixed.

Release Notes: This is an update to the fully-"make"-dependent "tcdev" build suite. All toolchains' compiler and uClibc build methods were improved and the associated download URLs were updated. The recommended host environment for this release is now the LFS [v6.3 for i686] live CD.
