FreeNX is an implementation of a NoMachine/NX-compatible terminal server. It makes use of NoMachine's NX command line tools more convenient and less error prone.

Release Notes: Fixes were made for unauthorized access to the session database, problems with file sharing over the Internet, and failure to resume the session for Windows clients in non-fullscreen mode. Support for new features of the upcoming NoMachine NX 1.5.0 release was added. For instance, rootless nxagent adds roundtrip suppression to single application window sessions, resulting in major speed gains. Seamless resizing is done with mouse-dragging of window borders. A keyboard shortcut (ctrl+alt+f) was added to toggle from fullscreen to windowed mode and back. Applications keep running (instead of being sent to sleep) while NX session is suspended.
