Release Notes: New joystick code was written. Support for Windows CE was added. Numerous bugfixes were made. Fixes were made to Game Mode, menus, and error handling. The display mode string now also supports British English. The documentation has been translated to French. Timing granularity is now in milliseconds. Some init problems were fixed.
Release Notes: This release features improved GLUT conformance, a consistent coding style, mouse wheel support, and numerous bug fixes.
