Release Notes: This release checks for the fhd_config.php file to avoid throwing an error to the user if it does not exist. If the configuration file is not found, it provides instructions on how to proceed. If you already have the software up and running, there is no benefit to this minor upgrade. The only changed file is index.php.

Release Notes: This release adds the ability to delete users (the users' assigned tickets become assigned to admin) and fixes a bug which caused the "user login" field not to update, a support staff display name issue (if the name is not set, the user ID is displayed in a dropdown box), and spelling errors.

Release Notes: This release makes a significant change to the user structure. Support staff are now users that can login and have a permission level between normal users and administrators. There are now 3 levels of users: administrators, support staff, and users.

Release Notes: This release updates ezsql includes to 2.17. It adds the ability to change standard users into administrators and vice-versa. There are miscellaneous code tweaks.

Release Notes: This release adds a time adjustment option to allow time offset. It also adds date pickers to many of the date fields. It has been updated to the latest version of the ezSQL functions. It fixes a bug in the status change page. It adds the GPL license file to the download package.
