Release Notes: The format strings "[%#8.3x]" and "[%#08x]" are now parsed cerrectly.

Release Notes: This release adds some feature enhancements and minor bugfixes for easier usage of the format classes. The licence has changed from GPL to BSD, and using the classes as a dynamic library is not the recommended way anymore.

Release Notes: The repeated references in the Single Unix Specification were added (i.e. a missing feature was implemented). All the examples from the printf(3) manpage will now work with Format.

If the project is GPL, why include the BSD Revised tag? Does that mean that it can be used under either license?
