FireCast

The FireCast Software Suite consists of the FireCast OS and FireCast ClientCenter and is designed to support every aspect of interactive kiosk and digital signage networks. FireCast OS is a Linux-based operating system integrated with a robust browser and video capability that provides the utmost in reliability, security, and functionality to designers, owners, and users of interactive kiosk and digital signage networks. FireCast ClientCenter is a Web-based system for remote management and monitoring of FireCast networks. It also provides capability to create and track advertising campaigns across the entire network of devices. It utilizes an intuitive interface that allows communication with individual devices and/or management by arbitrary nonexclusive groups.

Use the XUL
This is an overpriced glorified mozilla XUL file that never quite worked right for my client. Maybe your luck will be different.
