Release Notes: The package manager is now at version 0.20.6. Support for default_scripts has been improved. More packages have been moved to stable. More preparations have been made for the upcoming binary distribution. Bugfixes have been made in the 0_20 branch.

Release Notes: KDE 3.2.2 has been added, which fixes various bugs. The mono CLI has been added (0.31), and the required security fix to rsync updates its version to 2.6.2. There are no enhancements to the fink engine itself.

To install The GIMP 2.0, you need to update to the latest fink from unstable. Various packages have been fixed, and security updates have been made to some. fink update-all is strongly recommended.

Release Notes: GNOME 2.4 is in the unstable 10.3 tree. The package manager has been greatly revamped. Finkmirrors.net mirrors are now distributed as info files. MySQL has been updated to the latest version, as has Berkley DB.

Release Notes: This release officially supports Mac OS X 10.2 and Mac OS X 10.3 using gcc 3.3. The package manager can now use rsync as an update method. The mirrors from http://finkmirrors.net are incorporated. Packages have been built on 10.2, but will run on 10.3. Bugs found in 0.6.0 and 0.6.1 have been resolved.

Release Notes: 10.2 with gcc 3.1 is officially no longer supported. 10.2-gcc3.3 and 10.3 are officially supported now, even though not all packages are in the 10.3 or 10.2-gcc3.3 tree yet. The mirror code has been updated to support the mirrors finkmirrors.net will introduce. Bugs and upgrade issues have been resolved.

Release Notes: A 10.3 and 10.2-gcc3.3 tree was introduced. Testing for Panther is moving along. fink 0.14.2 has been released to stable. fink 0.14.3-beta was released for Pather beta testing. The rsync method for distributing info files has been introduced. Everyone is encouraged to switch to the rsync method. Major updates were made to the package manager itself. Improvements were made to support Panther.
