file utilities is a collection of file utilities. It includes a directory statistics dumper, a directory synchronizer, a file byte range reseter, a file byte range copier, a file truncater, and a formatted file statistics dumper.

Release Notes: A compile issue around the open function was fixed in the file truncater utility. Man pages for the cccp, fset, and sdir programs were added.

Release Notes: A bug in the directory synchronizer was fixed. A new file listing utility was added. The program displays the modification time stamp and the file name for each command line argument in a fashion suitable for sorting by time stamp.
