Release Notes: The "-12" and "-11" options were added. They insert "12pt" and "11pt" respectively to the document option. A "configure" script was added, but it only shows you a help message. Now you can use "make install". fig2epspdf was cleaned up a little. The version number was fixed. An MSDOS binary is not provided anymore. You can easily build yours using MinGW.
