Version 5.4 of fdutils
Release Notes: This is mainly a maintenance release, incorporating the patches that have accumulated over the last year, such as: removal of a couple of buffer overrun vulnerabilities from fdmount, changes to make the documentation conform to the new texi syntax, and changes to enable compiling fdutils with 2.3 & 2.4 kernels.
