Release Notes: This release adds major UI enhancements (via AJAX) that reduce the number of page reloads and make editing tickets easier. Examples include: Gmail-style comments, multiple attachment uploads, the ability to change the owner and priority of a ticket inline, and audio attachments that can be played inline.

Release Notes: Full text searching of comments, summaries, and descriptions has been implemented. Mayday can now be completely hidden from some users using permissions. Page alerts are now truncated at 100 characters.

Release Notes: The summary page now supports 8 blocks. When viewing a ticket, the reporter’s department and phone are now shown if available. A bug was fixed where email messages were not being sent to super admins.

Release Notes: Several improvements to the mail interface were made so that nearly all features of a Mayday Ticket can be controlled via email (i.e. adding comments, creating ticket, closing ticket, etc.). Ticket comments can now be edited. A ticket can now have custom fields based on what category the user selects.

Release Notes: Mayday allows any department to manage help requests in an efficient and trackable manner. It is designed for use by multiple departments in a single organization.
