All releases of f2w helpdesk

Release Notes: Minor user interface improvements, bugfixes in the Oracle configuration script, a new MS SQL configuration, and the automatic addition of new help desk operators to at least one team (without this, they can't do much).

Release Notes: In this release, the CSV extract now copes with quotes and newlines. There were some localisation fixes - more strings can now be localised. The SQL patching method was improved, to separate Oracle development from the PostgreSQL branch. It is now possible to create users with restricted access (just don't make them members of any teams).

Release Notes: New reports were added and existing reports were improved. Handling of request notes was improved. A localization bug was fixed. "Expert-system" questions are now shown in two columns so that more can be displayed on a page without requiring the user to scroll.

Release Notes: Many messy DTML constructs were moved into Python scripts, reports were tidied up, and common code was factored out. Reporting option to omit rows with no open requests and ability to create and delete helpdesk operators in the Contact Admin screen were added. Bug in contact search (single quote in search field caused errors and a major SQL security hole) was fixed.

Release Notes: Requests can now be assigned to anyone if there is no team with the corresponding skillset. Contact's name, location and phone are always shown when viewing a request, and in e-mails. Date ranges are compared correctly in request search. Category of a request can now be changed more easily, without arbitrary restrictions. Request extract report (in CSV format) added.

Release Notes: Critical bugs were fixed in question/answer, team, and category admin. The category code admin screen now shows the categories as a tree. Request count now has the option to include or exclude "personal" requests. Users with the "Admin" role are now allowed to send e-mails. Category advice is now shown as structured text. The larger text area is used to edit it. A new report was added, showing which categories are skills of which teams. The originator name and (if possible) phone number are now shown in emails.

Release Notes: "Request search" and "All Open Requests" reports have been added, the SQL code used by the front-end has been changed for compatibility with Oracle, which can now be used as an alternative to the PostgreSQL back-end, and some minor bugs have been fixed.

Release Notes: A user preferences screen was added. A search feature was added to the Contact Admin screen (for when there are a lot of contacts in the database). Minor bug fixes and minor user interface improvements were made. A mechanism was added for localizing the text to facilitate translation to other languages.

Release Notes: Reporting by category, team, assignee, originator, request property, with links to detail page. Users can set stylesheet preference. Users can set "away until" date so others can judge whether to assign them an urgent task. E-mail notifications to request originator. Bug fixes: E-mail notification gracefully ignores contacts with no e-mail address, instead of generating an error. Can unset due date to null (blank). Request counts report no longer forces American date format.

Release Notes: This release includes a fix for a nasty bug, a new report, a way to recategorize a request, and improvements to the user interface.
