Release Notes: This release adds support for Verilog, support for mixins and class methods to the Ruby parser, and changes the -x output to match that of traditional ctags when the --format=1 option is supplied. The new format was also changed slightly to conform more closely to the original format, with the addition of the extra tag type field. This version changes the ASM parser back to a C-based parser to remove redundant tags, and extends its support for more variants [ASM]. Support was also added to ctags and readtags libraries for case-folded sorting of tag files.

Amiga specific: Fixed compiler warnings, Makefile.amiga renamed to Makefile.manx, and an added Makefile.sas for the SAS C compiler. QDOS specific: An updated Makefile.qdos. VAX specific: Improved support for the DECC compiler.
