Release Notes: A bug has been fixed in string expansion. NULLs in a message body are turned into spaces for message_body[_end]. If a message with the -N flag was on the spool, and was selected during a queue run by -R or -S, the -N flag was incorrectly passed on to all subsequent messages, leading to their being thrown away. The -H files for Exim 4 have changed again with regard to the data for one_time addresses; Exim 3 is now capable of coping with the new format.
