Release Notes: This release deals with non-UTF-8 characters in EXIF data. It tries hard to decode EXIF values as UTF-8, current locale, and Latin1. It will not die if none of these encodings succeed, but instead use "???". exirename can modify filenames that are already in the exiflow schema to allow switching to or from timestamp inclusion. exiassign can take the EXIF tag "Model" to decide whether a file already has camera EXIF information. update_exif() has been fixed to not blow up the amount of keywords when used repeatedly. There are some bugfixes and minor cleanups.
