Version 03oct11 of Exchanges
Release Notes: Normal display of multiple entries has been moved to the display() method. The "Latest Changes" link displays the N most recent edits of the exchange. N is set by the $LATEST user const. Definition Links again return only the defining entries of the exchange. Minor boiler-plate adjustments have been made. A Header Summary link has been introduced to give a kind of overview of the exchange.

Release Notes: Improved safety of admin file deletion.
Release Notes: The edit cycle now preserves non-definition anchor tags. The edit page has been updated to reflect this and to show how close-anchor tags for non-definition links may be preserved.
Release Notes: An optional user-agent log has been added for those who wish to determine how much of their traffic is human- or bot-based. The management of these logs is left to the user. The admin.cgi in the project downloads has been updated to show how this might be done.
