Release Notes: This release fixes a problem with resetting user permissions when updating a project, fixes the mail queue log screen to properly use the user's preferred timezone when displaying the queued date, and fixes a magic quote problem by auto-unescaping quotes in the $_REQUEST array. The issue listing screen code has changed so that sorting by status will use the status rank field. Some extra checks have been added to the login screen to properly report problems on the Eventum installation. Some code has been added to properly identify closed issues when displaying duplicate or associated issues.

A bug with full-text searching under MySQL 4.1.X has been fixed. The database schema file has been fixed to properly set the table types to MyISAM. The advanced search screen has been fixed to properly save the 'authorized to email' / 'notification list' options. The IRC bot has been fixed to automatically re-join the channels when it reconnects. The spell checker functionality has been fixed.

A bug that would trigger a loop of errors when a database connection cannot be completed was fixed. A bug was fixed so that the "Remember Project" checkbox is honored on the select project page. The code was changed to automatically disable magic_quote_runtime to prevent problems from creeping up. Many more changes were made.
