All releases of ETV Personal Video Recorder

Release Notes: Unicode support was added for program information, on-screen text, and user input. Diskspace is monitored, and wipeable recordings are freed if needed. Lots of tiny user-interface improvements were implemented. A local copy of the SDL library can now be used, meaning that the SDL-patches needed by ETV don't have to affect your global library anymore.

Release Notes: ETV now has real "make install" and "make uninstall" capabilities. A command-line playing option was added. Estimated and real filesizes can be displayed. A "smoketest manual" was written. Spanish and French translations were updated or added. A lot of other bugs were fixed.

Release Notes: This version features a bugfix to enable video-editing again. It also adds a draft of a Spanish frontend translation.

Release Notes: A very bad Daylight Savings bug has been fixed, and some scheduler issues have been resolved. Internationalization support has been built into the frontend (English and Dutch for the moment, Spanish and German will follow). The recorder now verifies free diskspace, and documentation is included on how to set up IR remote control with lirc.

Release Notes: Documentation was included once again.

Release Notes: There are many small bugfixes and a few big ones (the scheduler was broken and screenlists were often not updated). All frequency grids as known have been added to xawtv and SECAM support.

Release Notes: This version adds (fine-)tuning of stations with visual feedback, support for 24-bit X modes with hardware acceleration, and fixed 1x and 2x optimized scaling modes for non-accelerated frontends. It reduces data traffic between the frontend and the MySQL server, and fixes some nasty bugs.

Release Notes: This release contains mostly fixes related to building/using ETV with a non-root user, and issues accessing the MySQL server. Secondly, it contains some improvements related to xawtv/XMLTV import scripts.

Release Notes: This version features lots of small and not-so-small bugfixes, a few functional additions, and a complete new 40-page User Manual for the ETV frontend.
