Release Notes: A thread-safe strtok was implemented and the source code was prepared for a smooth mingw porting. Some bugs to the GTK interface and a problem compiling under older FreeBSD versions were fixed. This is a milestone release and can be considered stable enough to migrate from the 0.6.x series.

Release Notes: This release fixes many bugs, including some related to the configure script finding libraries in non-standard directories. It makes log files platform independent, adds the ability to sniff UTF-8 characters, adds two plugins, adds SSL support to many existing protocol analyzers, adds VLAN tagging (802.1q) and RawIP support, and implements WiFi decoder enhancements.

Release Notes: Plugins now work with the GTK+ interface. The passive OS fingerprint database was updated (1200+ entries). A lot of bugs were fixed in order to have a stable release while development is focused on ettercap NG (0.7.0). The list of fixes includes: internal refreshing (for huge traffic loads), the wifi-dump support, doppleganger re-arp on shutdown, a problem with signed char under Mac G3, and some possible buffer overflows in the ncurses interface.

Release Notes: A bug preventing rlogin and telnet dissector from working correctly has been fixed. The exit_func function under MacOsX has also been fixed.

Release Notes: This release fixes a compilation problem under Mac OS X and a string truncation in some protocol dissectors.
