Release Notes: This release replaces the single setting for 'encoding' in the rc file with three settings: 'gui_encoding' (for the wxpython graphic user interface), 'file_encoding' (for reading and writing files), and 'term_encoding' (for output to the terminal in the command line interface). It adds 's' to the required keys for reminders.

Release Notes: Enhanced parsing of time strings. Entering 1:30p, 1330, or 13:30, for example, are all equivalent. In the ending time field for an event, plus time strings are now allowed. With, for example, a starting time of 11:30, the following would be equivalent: +90, +1:30, or +1h 30m. Ending time strings are now stored in the +hours:minutes format so that changing the starting time of an event automatically adjusts the ending time as well.

Release Notes: The ability to prefix an omit string with an ! to reverse its meaning was added. For example, "-o e" would omit events, but "-o !e" would omit everything except events. A bug involving dateless tasks was fixed. The ability to supply the colon if it is missing was added when fuzzy parsing times. A bug in outline view in which the same project could be listed more than once was fixed. The details bar in the GUI is now allowed to have focus so that contents can be copied to the paste buffer.
