Release Notes: Bugfixes were made for dock app support, ascents in I18N fonts, a minor initialization bug in eesh, 64-bit issues, border width handling in ICCCM, warp focus, and KDE menu generation. New features include support for xinerama, i18n support via gettext, an extended display to the window_list ipc command, #-style comments in .menu files, a "configpanel" IPC command so you can open config panels via eesh, and new focus-related options.
