EMS MySQL Manager

EMS MySQL Manager provides powerful tools for MySQL Server administration and object management. Its Graphical User Interface (GUI) allows you to create/edit all MySQL database objects in a simple and direct way, run SQL scripts, manage users and administer user privileges, execute SQL queries, extract, print, and search metadata, and export/import data. It also supplies many more services that will make your work with the MySQL server as easy as it can be.

    Release Notes: Compatibility with different Linux versions was improved. An installer was implemented, so the program is distributed as a sh-script instead of an archive. New features include SSL connections support without requiring OpenSSL. The possibility to connect to a local server in which TCP/IP is disabled has been added. The problem with management of enumerated fields has been fixed. A lot of small bugfixes and improvements were made.

      Release Notes: Foreign key support for InnoDB tables was added. The table information in the HTML Report now includes foreign keys. The Transfer Database Wizard was added. This wizard can be used to transfer database structure and/or table data to different hosts. It is now possible to define a browser type to use for viewing help files, HTML Report, and other pages called from MySQL Manager. Many bugfixes and improvements were made.

        Release Notes: Keyboard Templates were added to the MySQL Manager options. The new installation package contains the file keytemplates.ini with standard templates. You can now define the Qt style by using the Environment Options dialog. A button for printing metadata was placed on the Table Editor toolbar. Several improvements and minor bugfixes were made.

          Release Notes: In the Export Data Dialog, the ability to export to PDF was added. The possibility of customizing navigation links for multi-file export and defining a background picture for the table were added to the HTML exporting options. The Import Data Wizard now allows you to define an action to be executed with the concurrent records in the source file and the target table: update, delete, insert only new, and more. The ability to choose between insert or append as the way to add data to the destination table was added to the Import Data Wizard.

            Release Notes: In this version, the HTML report generator was implemented, the interface of the Import Data Wizard module has been improved, with setting correspondence between the source columns and the target fields easier and faster, the help system has been significantly expanded and improved, a bug with saving/restoring export templates has been fixed, and date values are now converted correctly to the script, when extracted with the Extract Metadata Expert.
