    Release Notes: This release fixes a file descriptor leak and a hang which occurred when hitting certain 8-bit characters in the From line. All "Expires:" processing has been now been removed.

          Release Notes: The declaration of outbound_from_name, the leapyear macro, and the editing of a long CC line have been fixed. Mail that lands in sentmail with attachments now has the Content-disposition header text added to the message. Configure has been fixed to (again) find fcntl on Linux. allto is now a bit longer, and can_access will now allow you to write to a char device (/dev/null).
