Version 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT of elateXam

Release Notes: A new RADIUS (RFC 2865) authentication provider was implemented. Provable PDF documents are now created. A signature and a cryptographic timestamp are used to prove the existence of an unaltered document at a specific point in time. A running clock is displayed at a fixed position within the user's viewport, making it possible to never miss the deadline again. Corrections can now be distributed amongst selectable correctors.
