Version 0.5 of EL Artificial Life
Release Notes: There is a minor bugfix so that it will no longer keep stats on older functions it has renamed. The major change with this release is the inclusion of a "Gene splicer" to merge subroutines from other variants and templates. There is now a tarball that includes all the utilities, EL and its predators.
