Eteria IRC Client

EIRC is an RFC 1459 compliant client program written entirely in Java using only version 1.1.x Java API, for compliance with current mainstream web browsers, without the need to download the Swing classes. It can be run also as an application (outside Applet context).

    Release Notes: The UI has been made SDI (in contrast to MDI) by popular request. There have been several bugfixes, and HtmlLayout has been almost dropped because it was causing a lot of problems (it was kept in ControlPanel where it did no harm).
