Release Notes: This release includes SMTP Delivery Status Notification configuration. OpenVPN now has a connections page for VPN users. The Logging and Reporting module was improved: system status graphs are not lost at every reboot and images were added for SMTP mail statistics graphs. Miscellaneous fixed and improvements were made: serial port speed is now always set to 115200bps, password changing from the console menu was fixed, and logs were sanitized.
Release Notes: This major release adds HTTP Proxy HTTPS filtering, a rewritten HTTP Proxy backend (an ICAP-based solution for simultaneous Anti-Virus and URL checks), SMTP Proxy Domain Management, a rewritten VPN user interface, OpenVPN which supports TUN mode, an IPsec module which integrates IKEv2, Enhanced Cipher support, new certificate management, and Reporting and Monitoring Live Network Traffic Monitoring powered by ntopng.
Release Notes: Minor bugs were fixed. ClamAV was updated to the most recent version, ensuring that signature updates will continue to work. Anti-spyware lists are now being provided by PhishTank instead of Malware Domains. This has resulted in more sites being recognized correctly, and also makes it possible to show an information page with a link to PhishTank's description of the malicious Web site. Support for various hardware devices was added, including USB modems, network interface cards, and hard disk controllers.
Release Notes: This release introduces new process management, rendering boot time to half as long as before, minimizes the footprint by improving resource management, stabilizes the project by fixing lots of bugs, and adds trusted timestamping using OpenTSA. Upgrades from Endian Firewall Community 2.4.1 to version 2.5 will be available by the end of January 2012.
