Release Notes: This version makes improvements focusing on larger deployments and use in remote locations. Active Directory synchronization allows Effusia users to use their existing Windows username and password. The batch user feature makes managing a large number of users easier and faster. Console improvements include secure file transfers using Triple DES encryption and the ability to send file transfers through the server when a direct connection can not be made. The Console also comes with a new look and gives users more control over how their contacts are displayed.
Release Notes: This version adds the Effusia Auditing and Reporting application, which provides reporting features on message content, file transfers, and communication trends. Effusia A&R provides a platform for internal and regulatory policy enforcement and auditing. The client software has a new streamlined interface that provides faster access to commonly used communication and status features. Other new features include an integrated typing indicator and smart connection monitoring which helps keep Effusia connected when using dial-up or VPN connections.
Release Notes: This release adds centralized message logging to the Effusia Server. Messages can be logged to XML files or an SQL database. A new caching system has been added to the server for increased message processing speeds. Minor features and bugs have been fixed in both the Console and Admin tools.
