Release Notes: This release sets the encoding to UTF-8 on new files.

It includes a real search UI, GtkSourceView syntax highlighting (for files), bracket highlighting, right margin, smart home/end, indent on tab, and overwrite mode. A config section at the top of code was implemented. Run and Reload file menu items were added. A warning is shown in the window title bar when running with root privileges. Find next/prev selection was added. Dropping files onto the status bar opens them.
