Release Notes: This is a bugfix release. It fixes multiple bugs related to annotationmarkers and EDFplus feature to use subsecondprecision in the starttime of the file. This only affects files that uses the subsecond starttime offset EDF+ feature.

Release Notes: This release fixes a problem with EDFbrowser not able to handle filenames and/or directories that contain non-ASCII characters. From now on, filenames/paths will be handled and saved using the local 8-bit encoding. It adds multi-threading capabilities to the drawing engine. EDFbrowser will now use all available CPU cores in your system to speed up the drawing of the signals.

Release Notes: This release fixes a bug (introduced with version 1.40) that caused it to take a long time to open an EDF+ or BDF+ file when it contained many annotations. It has improved printing quality. On some printers or PDF readers, the signals and rulers were hardly visible because the line width was too small. The ability to set the colors of the averaging window to black/white has been added. The ability to check for and remove duplicate annotations (Tools menu) has been added.

Release Notes: This release adds the ability to reduce the sample rate of one or more signals in the tool "Reduce signals, duration, or samplerate" (Tools menu). It adds the ability to change/edit the start time/date of a file with the EDF/BDF header editor (Tools menu). The Statistics dialog shows also the number of zero-crossings and the frequency of a signal. The Nihon Kohden to EDF+ converter now processes the Trigger/Marker channel. This release fixes a bug in the signalcurve (graph) of the averaging window. It fixes a bug in the floating ruler. It raises the maximum amount of signals per file limit from 256 to 512.

Release Notes: Another bug related to annotationmarkers and the EDFplus feature using sub-second precision in the starttime of the file was fixed. Qt was updated to 4.7.4.

Release Notes: Lots of regression bugs introduced with version 1.37 were fixed. A bug was fixed related to annotationmarkers and EDFplus feature to use subsecondprecision in the starttime of the file. A bug was fixed in the ASCII to EDF converter that caused an invalid EDF file to be produced when all samples have a value of "0.0".

Release Notes: The limitation that no more annotations can be saved than the amount of datarecords was removed. Previously, EDFbrowser could only write one annotation per datarecord. From now on, if there are more annotations than datarecords, the size (smpls/record) of the annotationchannel will increase automatically in order to fit multiple annotations as needed.

Release Notes: A bug with importing events/annotations from an ASCII file was fixed, and it is now possible to import events/annotations from an ASCII file when only the onset times are available. The rulers of some curve drawing widgets were improved.

Release Notes: The selection behavior of the signal list in Signals -> Organize was changed. Now you can select multiple signals when organizing the signals on the screen. A bug that caused the wrong signal to be shown when there are duplicate signal names in a file was solved. Now it is possible to start or open multiple averaging windows applied on the same signal. The possibility to invert the wave form of the averaging window was added. A bug that caused an errormessage when trying to open a large file (>2.1GB) on a Mac was solved. Some bugs in the heart rate detection code were removed.

Release Notes: ECG heartrate detection was added; it calculates beats per minute from the ECG-waveform. The possibility to import annotations was added. Mousewheel scrolling was added. The possibility to save the data from averaging as EDF/BDF was added. The possibility to (re-)organize (re-order and/or invert) the signals on the screen in an easy way via Menu -> Signals -> Organize was added. The annotation editor was modified; from now on, annotations with an onsettime more than 24 hours can be edited as well.
