If you have set up an email account within the application, you can easily transfer the email content to create a new support ticket, or transfer as an update to an existing ticket. When you are processing and/or closing a ticket, predefined and configurable templates for email workflow are provided. Existing hosting customers automatically get this release. Existing license customers can email sales@ebsuite.com to get a free upgrade.


Release Notes: This release brings the important functionality of email integration. If you are a licensed customer, or if you are a hosting customer and your email server can be accessed from outside a firewall, this release offers the ability for you to retrieve email messages from your POP3/IMAP account (your messages will remain on your POP3/IMAP email server). You can easily transfer selected messages to your contact records and notes.


Release Notes: This release brings a lot of usability enhancements, and UI improvements. For Customer, Contact, Opportunity (Sales), Case (Support), and Task records, you can now specify the default link mode to be either the new "Readonly View" or the traditional "Edit Page". In Readonly View, all the related info regarding an entity is displayed in one page. More portlets have been added to the configurable front page, such as Latest Knowledge (Support), Top Opportunities (Sales), etc.


Release Notes: This release brings the important functionality of sharing calendar events and tasks and importing custom fields. In Calendar, you can add one or more of your colleagues to your calendar "Access List". Then they can view your appointments and tasks, unless you mark some of your appointments and tasks "Private". In Import, (Account->Import/Export), importing of notes and custom fields is now supported.
